Some DoomsDaisy assets are completely original works, while others were created lawfully by; contracting Work Made For Hire (as defined in Section 101 of the Copyright Act [title 17 of the U.S. Code]), and/or by incorporating source materials with express permission from their respective copyright owners/holders, as specified by License Agreements or Terms of Service, and/or by incorporating works that fall within the Public Domain or licenced under Creative Commons Public Domain Dedication (CC0).
Works which fall under Public Domain, Work Made For Hire, or CC0 licence, do not require attribution. However, as a courtesy and deep appreciation for the contributors whose works were incorporated to create DoomsDaisy assets, a list of contributors and their respective works are posted above.

This is not a definitive list. Because of the "possibly offensive" nature of DoomsDaisy, extra steps were taken to protect the integrity of contributing individuals. Wherever possible, contributors were personally offered a choice to be credited or to remain anonymous. Anyone not listed either preferred to remain anonymous by explicit request, were unable to be reached by ordinary means, or their name was omitted due to non-response to the aforementioned offer of acknowledgment.
